Responsibilities

  • Design digital media campaigns aligned with business goals
  • Coordinate the creation of digital content (e.g. website, blogs, press releases and podcasts)
  • Manage end-to-end digital projects

What you will do

  • Draft, develop, and implement a social media strategy

Requirements

The ideal candidates will have good knowledge and experience of LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS, ELISA technology and assay development. Should be able to work independently and carry out scientific techniques, procedures and research related to goals of the laboratory. Should have good customer service/ communication skills. This position reports to the Laboratory Director.

This is an advanced level professional position involved in planning own work and supervising the day-to-day activities in a laboratory setting under prescribed processes (protocols, standard operating procedures, methods, etc.). An ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with LC-MS. Knowledge in FDA regulations and equipment qualifications in a pharmaceutical industry is desired.

Responsibilities:

Completes work for research and development under CGMP and/or GLP guidelines for studies, documentation, etc.

Conducts and monitors studies to ensure data accuracy and report quality.

Writes reports on studies.

Provides complex analytical work on projects and studies using a range of analytical techniques and instruments.

Works with independence on studies and assignments.

Typically serves as technical leader within a group or team and may also serve as project leader/study director on assigned projects.

Required Skills:

Excellent knowledge in the area of LC-MS/MS analysis.

Expertise in mass spectrometric analytics in a GMP regulated environment, including device qualification and method validation

Experience in analytical method development and validation

Basic knowledge in current GMP regulations

Experience in project management and reporting would be beneficial

Excellent written and spoken English

Proven data analysis, interpretation, and scientific communication skills

Proven flexibility and execution skills to deliver in a fast-paced environment

Education and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in the biological sciences (biochemistry, chemistry, data science, or bioinformatics) or equivalent experience and/or education. PhD candidates preferred.
  • Work experience in a scientific research laboratory. Diagnostic laboratory experience is a plus.

The Microsoft Access Database Specialist is responsible for all activities related to development, administration and migration of existing Access database to SQL database.

The Database Specialist utilizes a strong technical and quantitative skill-set to cross-functionally develop workflows and data-driven insights to help drive success for the organization. This role heavily partnered with Marketing Operations, Sales Operations, laboratory and the Marketing of Sales Development.

What You’ll Do

  • Front-line support for clinical laboratory and Sales development and Marketing regarding systems and data, including configuration, implementation, troubleshooting, and reporting.
  • Fix the existing microsoft access database and migrate it to SQL database. Develop a robust automated system to prepare lab reports/ graphics and support the lab reporting process.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes; generate business requirements documents and work cross-functionally to define and deliver process improvements.
  • Work with different teams within the company to streamline data management and reporting.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve database issues
  • Provide weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting and analysis related to team performance and activity,
  • Work to maintain data integrity of prospects and leads including appending data, purging outdated data.
  • Engage in ad-hoc projects, lead generation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally within the Laboratory, Sales Development, Marketing, and Business Intelligence teams to ensure consistent reporting standards and processes.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in database administration and management with focus on Access database.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences/ Biochemistry or work experience in a clinical or research laboratory
  • Project and Database Management experience
  • Strong analytical competencies with a great interest for data analysis and management
  • Demonstrates immaculate attention to detail and an ability to triangulate various data sources as a validation step to accuracy.

The ideal candidate will have a good knowledge and experience of ELISA technology and assay development. Should be able to work independently and carry out scientific techniques, procedures and research related to goals of the laboratory. This position reports to the Laboratory Director.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Identify and employ new technologies for immuno-assay development.
  • Independently design, plan and conduct laboratory experiments in support of new product development.
  • Identify and resolve problems in experimental design.
  • Maintain good laboratory records and presentation of regular internal research reports.
  • Prepare progress reports including gathering, organizing, and interpreting data and preparing data for presentations and manuscripts.
  • May train and/or supervise lab aides/techs.
  • Prepare laboratory reagents, chemicals, stocks.
  • Operate a variety of laboratory instruments such as spectrometers, chemistry analyzers, immunoassay-analyzers. Knowledge of Mass Spectrometry is a plus.
  • Maintain adequate level of lab supplies to assure timely achievement of lab activities.
  • Adjust, calibrate, maintain and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
  • Perform literature searches in preparation for new test products development.
  • Monitor experiments, make observations and assess results.
  • Enforce proper collection and disposal of hazardous laboratory waste.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in the biological sciences or equivalent experience and/or education
    • Work experience in a scientific research laboratory. Diagnostic laboratory experience is a plus.

Skills and Abilities:

  • Must have strong communication, mathematical, computer, data analysis, and statistical analysis skills. Will also need knowledge of proper operation of complex laboratory instruments and equipment. Must have good verbal and writing skills, and have the ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
